Appraisals:
There are two types of appraisals: verbal and written. Verbal appraisals are used when we evaluate what we would pay you today for your collection. These are a no obligation, free service we can provide.

Written appraisals can be used for insurance purposes, estate planning, estate execution, or any number of other reasons. This service includes a detailed list of items with current market values. Written appraisals begin at $400 per hour, with a one hour minimum.
Third Party Grading Submissions
There are two leading third party certification services: Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS), Numismatic Guarantee Corporation (NGC).
These services are a great way to take some of the subjectivity out of the condition and value of a piece. We are happy to share our expert advice as to which service is best for your needs if you are not sure.
We charge a minimal fee above the grading service cost to insure you coin(s) while in our possession.
$50-$1,000: $8/each
$1,001-$5,000: $50/each
$5,001+: 1% of value each

We are an authorized dealer for both PCGS and NGC.
Secondary Certification Service
Certified Acceptance Corporation (CAC) is a secondary certification stickering service for your third party NGC or PCGS coins. As an authorized CAC dealer, we can submit your coins for stickering. Our fees are the same as for third party grading.

Want List Assistance
As a collector, it can be difficult to find just the right piece to place in your collection. We can help. We travel to more than 30 coin shows a year, so we see a LOT of coins. We can work with your to find out what your collection is missing and source the piece especially for you.
